OWH Stars & Stamps Sketch #62 Challenge - Party Card

Here is another card for today!
This one is for this weeks OWH Sketch #62 Challenge! I was making sample cards for the Paper Secrets Birthday Bash Blog Hop this weekend, using several past OWH sketches and decided to go ahead and make this one for this weeks sketch! It turned out really pretty thou the scan doesn't show all the sparkling bright colors.
